Job summary

Family Dollar, part of Dollar Tree, is seeking a Talent Technology Operations Specialist to support Workday Recruiting and related HRIS tooling in Chesapeake, VA. Family Dollar is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Talent Technology Operations Specialist to support the systems, tools, and workflows that power our recruiting function. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, efficient, and data-driven hiring experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on configuration experience with Workday Recruiting , strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations , or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Workday Recruiting administrator (required)
• Experience administering CRM tools (preferably Phenom)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Recruiting Pro Certification
• Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or testing cycles
• Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and basic data analysis
• Experience in a high-volume or retail environment
