We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - Workday Reporting & Analytics to serve as the hands‑on owner of Workday reporting and people analytics for the enterprise. This role is ideal for a Workday reporting expert who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights that inform workforce and hiring decisions at scale.

About The Role

  • You will act as the organization’s Workday reporting subject matter expert, balancing technical depth with strong business acumen and storytelling skills.
  • This role requires a consultative mindset - you make recommendations, not just deliver reports.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Workday reports using Report Writer, Advanced Reports, dashboards, and calculated fields

  • Translate complex people data into clear, compelling insights for leaders through visualizations and executive‑ready presentations
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across Workday reporting and analytics
  • Leverage historical trends and advanced analytical techniques to inform workforce planning, hiring demand, and retention insights
  • Support ad‑hoc analytics requests with a focus on business impact, clarity, and scalability
  • Collaborate with downstream reporting or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) as needed to extend Workday insights
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 5–7+ years of experience required in people analytics, HR reporting, and/or business intelligence, with a strong preference for retail or multi‑location environments
  • 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience with Workday Report Writer required with experience with Workday Prism Analytics preferred
  • Deep understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition metrics, reporting structures, and operational analytics
  • Solid working knowledge of Workday security roles and how they impact reporting and data access
  • Strong storytelling, dashboard design, and executive communication skills
  • Technical proficiency with Excel and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
