Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS specialist to provide day-to-day HR technology support across Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Compensation. You will partner with HR/Payroll teams globally to optimize processes and ensure system integrity.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Remote collaboration across regions is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role working with Workday HRIS system.
• Workday configuration experience in HCM, Recruiting and compensation.
• Payroll knowledge/experience is a nice-to-have.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen within a technical environment.
• Collaborates well with others.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced global setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides day to day support in HR technology solutions strictly related to Workday.
• Support Workday Modules: HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Time Off.
• Research and resolve problems, unexpected results or process flaws.
• Serve as a consultative partner to HR/Payroll teams in EMEA/APAC.
• Identify and research issues and formulate resolutions following SOPs and best practices.
• Create test scenarios and test scripts; perform system testing and coordinate user testing.
• Escalate issues to Global HR Technology team and maintain SOP documentation.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation; train internal clients on new processes.
