• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Workday Recruiting administrator.
• Experience administering CRM tools (preferably Phenom).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

• Administer and support Workday Recruiting, including configuration updates, troubleshooting, and end-user support

• Manage and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruiting performance and deliver actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across recruiting systems; identify and escalation issues as needed

• Support compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides
• Participate in system testing efforts for upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts

About the Role Family Dollar is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Talent Technology Operations Specialist to support the systems, tools, and workflows that power our recruiting function. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, efficient, and data-driven hiring experience across the organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on configuration experience with Workday Recruiting, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support Workday Recruiting, including configuration updates, troubleshooting, and end-user support
