Dayton Children’s is seeking a Workday HCM Manager to lead complex Workday implementations and own core platform areas such as security, tenant management, and analytics. You will partner with other HCM Workday analysts to drive roadmaps, manage interdependencies, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

The role requires 3-5+ years of Workday experience, HR background, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Certification in Workday Pro is preferred, as is PHR/SPHR.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years’ Workday required.
• 3-5+ years of technology best practices required.
• 3-5+ years’ Human Resource experience required.
