Ladders is seeking a Workday Senior Manager, People Technology HRIS & Operations to lead the strategy and operations for a healthcare organization. The role partners with senior leaders to shape a roadmap and ensure Workday and related systems are configured, governed, and optimized to support the business.

The candidate will guide People Operations processes, vendor relationships, and automation efforts to improve efficiency, data integrity, and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday experience and hands-on configuration.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing HRIS/People Operations.
• Experience leading HR technology projects and process improvements.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools in HR technology.

Responsabilités

• Lead the people technology roadmap with senior leaders and translate priorities into project plans.
• Own Workday administration, optimization, process design, and security management.
• Evaluate and implement new people technology modules and integrations.
• Oversee data integrity and data flow across Workday and connected systems.
• Serve as primary contact for Workday escalations and vendor management.
• Manage People Operations function with defined processes and SLAs.
• Drive automation of manual workflows to improve efficiency.
• Identify and pilot AI opportunities to enhance decision-making and employee experience.
