Stride, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll processing via Workday for a nationwide, remote team.

You will reconcile periods, handle prorations for hires and terminations, and ensure accurate tax withholdings while maintaining SOX-compliant records. The role requires 5+ years of payroll experience and strong Excel skills, with preference for Workday expertise and familiarity with ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years payroll experience.
• 3+ years Workday payroll experience or equivalent mix.
• Strong understanding of multi-state payroll and tax handling.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for exempt/non-exempt employees biweekly.
• Review timekeeping records and ensure SOX-compliant payroll data.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve issues via ticketing system.
• Stay current on payroll regulations and tax notice handling.
