Job summary

Stride, Inc. seeks a Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle payroll in Workday for exempt/non-exempt employees across multiple states. You will review timekeeping, handle tax notices, and ensure SOX compliance while supporting year-end activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 5+ years payroll experience.
• 3+ years of Workday payroll experience or equivalent.
• Ability to clear required background check.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing using Workday and OSV for multi-state employees.
• Reconcile payroll from period to period and review prorated wages/deductions.
• Ensure accurate tax withholdings and respond to employee inquiries within SLA.
