Stride, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage the end-to-end payroll process for exempt and non-exempt staff using Workday and OSV. The role emphasizes accuracy in timekeeping, tax withholdings, and multi-state payroll compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of payroll experience, 3+ years in Workday, and the ability to handle tax notices and year-end activities while delivering excellent customer service within ticketing SLA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 5+ years payroll experience.
• 3+ years Workday payroll experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to clear required background check.
• Familiarity with payroll processes, policies, and best practices.
• Experience using ticketing systems (Freshservice, Zendesk).

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end payroll processing for exempt/non-exempt employees.
• Reconcile payroll across periods and multi-state processing.
• Verify tax withholdings and deductions; handle tax notices.
• Maintain Workday payroll records and ensure SOX compliance.
• Address employee inquiries promptly via ticketing system within SLA.
