Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of payroll experience, including 3+ years in Workday, with strong Excel and customer service skills to support employees and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years payroll experience.
• 3+ years Workday payroll experience or equivalent.
• Ability to clear required background check.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for exempt/non-exempt staff using Workday.
• Reconcile payroll across periods and review prorated wages.
• Manage tax notices and state/local registrations; respond to inquiries.
