Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required plus 5 years payroll experience.
• Workday payroll experience required (3 years).
• Ability to clear required background check.
• Experience with timekeeping audits and tax notices.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll using Workday for multiple states.
• Reconcile payroll period to period.
• Calculate prorated wages and deductions.
• Ensure accurate tax withholdings and reciprocity rules.
• Maintain payroll records compliant with SOX.
• Respond to employee inquiries via ticketing system within SLA.
