Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage the end-to-end payroll process, using Workday and OSV for biweekly multi-state payroll. The role requires 5+ years of payroll experience, including 3+ years in Workday, with strong tax compliance and incident resolution skills.

The position is virtual and open to residents nationwide, with an emphasis on accuracy, customer service, and timely responses to employee inquiries. A related degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years payroll experience.
• Three (3) years of Workday payroll experience or equivalent.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and tax notices is required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for exempt/non-exempt employees using Workday and OSV.
• Reconcile payroll from period to period and review prorated wages and deductions.
• Ensure accurate tax withholdings and respond to employee inquiries within SLA.
• Handle tax notices and support year-end activities and W-2 processing.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with SOX and internal controls.
