Qualifications

• Workday HCM certification - Payroll is required.
• Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation is required.
• 8–10 years of Workday Payroll implementation experience is required.
• Leading large-scale clients, preferably in Higher Ed/University settings, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills to establish trust.
• The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions.
• The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
• Strong analytical skills to translate meetings into actionable documentation.
• Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% when requested by the client.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation life cycle (planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, post-production support).
• Collaborate with Huron and client teams to drive HR transformation initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training and professional development for staff across projects.
• Manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration with strong client focus.
