Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Workday Data Conversion and Reporting Manager to lead data conversion and reporting activities for Workday HCM and Financials implementations.

The role is delivery-focused, hands-on, and partners with internal and external teams to ensure report-ready data throughout the project lifecycle. Preferred candidates have 5+ years in Workday implementations, hands-on module experience, and strong data analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting Workday implementations, focused on data conversion and/or reporting.
• Hands-on Workday HCM and/or Financials modules experience.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliation and validation across sources.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Workday certifications in HCM, Financials or Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data conversion and reporting activities for Workday HCM/Financials implementations.
• Plan and manage data conversion tasks and report design.
• Partner with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality data throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver hands-on leadership within a fast-paced, team-based consulting environment.
