Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Workday Payroll implementations across higher education clients. The role demands 8–10 years of Workday Payroll experience and strong client leadership.

You will manage the full implementation lifecycle from planning through post-go-live, collaborating with client teams to drive transformation initiatives. Ideal candidates have an HR transformation consulting background, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel up

Qualifications

Workday HCM certification - Payroll is required.
Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation.
8–10 years of Workday Payroll implementation experience.
Leading large-scale clients, preferably in Higher Ed/University settings.
Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the Workday Payroll implementation lifecycle (planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, post-production support).
Collaborate with Huron and client teams to deliver transformativ e HR solutions.
Train and mentor Huron staff across project management and technical dimensions.
Drive business process modification and testing approaches across multiple projects.
