Job summary

Huron is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Workday payroll implementations and HR transformation initiatives in the United States (Denver, CO). You will drive the implementation lifecycle, from planning and design to go-live and post-production support, collaborating with Huron and client teams.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of Workday Payroll experience, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Workday HCM certification - Payroll.
• Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation.
• 8-10 years of Workday Payroll implementation experience.
• Leading large scale clients preferably in Higher Ed/University settings is a huge plus.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions.
• The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions.
• The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
• Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams.
• A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% when requested by the client.
