Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Director-level leader to drive executive client relationships and deliver large-scale Workday transformations across industries in the United States. The role focuses on program leadership, strategy alignment, and program governance to maximize client value.

You will mentor leaders, guide cross-functional teams, and collaborate on finance, HR, and operations modernization initiatives while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of consulting, enterprise technology, or transformation leadership.
• 10+ years leading complex enterprise implementations and transformation programs.
• Prior Workday implementation experience.
• Experience with HCM/Finance/Supply Chain/Procurement/Payroll/Planning transformations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program executive for Commercial Workday engagements and manage executive stakeholders.
• Lead Delivery for large-scale Workday transformations, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Advise on business transformation, workforce transformation, finance modernization, and digital strategies.
• Lead and mentor engagement leaders and project teams to deliver client value.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development within the Workday practice.
