Qualifications

• Workday HCM certification - Payroll.
• Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation life cycle (planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support).
• Collaborate with Huron and client teams to deliver HR transformation projects.
• Contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
