Workday PATT Consultant: Build Payroll & Time Tracking

Job summary

Workday Services Partner is building out its Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking offering. You will join during the initial build phase, hands-on in the tenant to create the PATT blueprint to be replicated for future customers.

You will work with senior solution leadership, translate designs into scalable configurations, and help establish repeatable PATT standards. Travel to Dallas will be required for some engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Workday Absence configuration.
• Strong hands-on Workday Time Tracking configuration.
• Experience with PATT in a live operational environment.
• Exposure to at least 2 different PATT configuration sets, environments or models.
• Workday implementation, deployment or significant new-build experience.
• Ability to explain exactly what you personally configured.
• Strong understanding of the business processes behind Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking.
• Ability to recommend best practice rather than simply follow instructions.
• Comfortable working directly in the tenant and remaining genuinely hands-on.
• Strong communication and ability to contribute during client and solutioning discussions.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on configuration across Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking
• Work closely with senior solution leadership during regular solutioning sessions
• Turn agreed designs into scalable Workday configuration
• Contribute ideas and challenge approaches when there is a better solution
• Help establish PATT configuration standards and repeatable processes
• Bring operational PATT experience into the build
• Test and refine the initial PATT blueprint before replication
• Support future customer deployments as the practice grows
• Become increasingly client-facing and take ownership of your area
