Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a PATTS Lead within our Workday Practice to drive Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and Scheduling implementations across clients in the United States. You will be a hands-on lead on projects, facilitating design sessions, capturing requirements, configuring creative solutions, and mentoring other consultants.

You will also handle documentation, testing support, go-live and hypercare, while partnering with project leadership to improve processes and deliver high customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years implementing Workday payroll, absence, time tracking, etc.
• Master's degree with a minimum of three years implementing Workday payroll, absence, time tracking, etc.
• Experience in at least 2 full Workday payroll implementations.

Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on HCM Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and/or Scheduling Lead on assigned projects.
• Facilitate design sessions, capture requirements, configure solutions, and mentor other consultants.
• Documentation, configuration, testing support, go-live and post-production support.
• Collaborate with project leadership to communicate challenges and drive improvements.
