Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Learning Technology Associate Systems Analyst to support the Workday Learning LMS transition. This temporary role partners with the Learning Technologies team to ensure a smooth implementation and ongoing enterprise support for employees and physicians.

The role involves configuring roles, creating reports, coordinating with administrators, and testing new Workday Learning functionalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems, Education, Curriculum Development.
• 2-3 years of equivalent experience in business administration, informational technology, education, training & development, or healthcare.
• Over 3 years of enterprise system admin experience with Workday Learning Helpdesk or end-user technical support preferred.
• Combination of education and experience may be substituted

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise level LMS support (Workday Learning) to employees and physicians.
• Configure roles and privileges within Workday Learning with admin teams.
• Prepare, deliver reports for stakeholders using templates or custom reports.
• Coordinate with admins to support managers, instructors and learners.
• Test new Workday Learning functionalities with Instructional Designers
