Job summary

GoHealth seeks an LMS Administrator to serve as the primary Workday Learning system administrator and SME. You will configure, govern, and optimize Workday Learning, manage assignments, campaigns, and security roles, and support data integrity and compliance across enterprise learning systems.

You will partner with Learning & Development, Talent Management, IT, and Operations to deploy learning solutions, build reports, and drive continuous improvement in learner experience and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT, education, or HR.
• 3+ years of direct LMS administration experience.
• Strong experience with Workday Learning LMS and enterprise learning environments.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics for learning programs.
• Preferred certifications in instructional design, eLearning, or HRIS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Workday Learning and governance of learning data.
• Configure and optimize LMS settings, security roles, and learning workflows.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor participation, completion, and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Learning, IT, Talent Management, and Operations to deploy learning solutions.
