Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Learning Technology Associate Systems Analyst to support the Workday LMS transition in a temporary capacity. You will provide enterprise-level support for the LMS, manage issues, and coordinate with educators, physicians, and administrators across the organization.

The role requires strong Workday Learning knowledge, analytic skills, and ability to deliver end-user support while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems, Education, Curriculum Development.
• 2-3 years of equivalent experience in business administration, informational technology, education, training & development, or healthcare.
• Over 3 years of enterprise system admin experience with Workday Learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing enterprise level support for the LMS (Workday Learning) to employees and physicians, including maintenance, usage, analysis and administration.
• Provide end-user technical support for Workday Learning, troubleshooting, reporting issues, and resolving end-user problems in a timely manner.
• Configure and assign roles and privileges within Workday Learning with Learning Technologies and Shared Service teams.
• Prepare, deliver and coordinate regular reports for stakeholders using templates or custom reports.
• Coordinate with department-level administrators to support managers, instructors and learners across ChristianaCare.
• Support the implementation of new Workday Learning functionalities and test eLearning modules.
