Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Learning Technology Associate Systems Analyst to support the Workday Learning LMS transition. This temporary role collaborates with the Learning Technologies team to maintain and manage the LMS for employees and physicians.

You will work with instructional designers and administrators to test eLearning modules, generate reports, and ensure data integrity in Workday Learning. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems, Education, Curriculum Development.
• 2-3 years of related experience in the field of business administration, informational technology, education, training & development, or healthcare.
• Over 3 years of enterprise system admin experience with Workday Learning.
• Helpdesk or end-user technical support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise level LMS support for Workday Learning to employees and physicians.
• Perform end-user technical support and troubleshoot Workday Learning issues.
• Configure and assign roles and privileges in Workday Learning.
