Job summary

The health system is seeking an Analyst, HR Technology to design, implement, and administer HR technology, primarily Workday, in support of strategic objectives. You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to design and manage reports and processes in Workday and other HR systems.

Role focuses on creating and optimizing HR reports, providing end-user training, and ensuring data integrity while aligning with organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS, CS or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent/Performance.
• 2+ years of report writing for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and SQL.
• Experience configuring benefits, payroll, compensation, time off, reporting and security.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology and process solutions.
• Preferred Workday experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and execute reports in Workday and other HR systems; provide data analysis and recommendations for monthly and ad-hoc reports.
• Create custom/ad-hoc reports by combining data from multiple sources to meet business needs.
• Provide training to end-users and resolve reporting issues requiring in-depth Workday knowledge.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve production issues; identify trends and root causes to guide decisions.
• Complete tenant setup configurations and maintain Workday integrations.
• Perform batch uploads and data extractions with transformations and calculated fields.
• Manage Workday major release impacts on configurations and integrations.
• Assist in troubleshooting mass data loads in Workday (EIBs).
• Conduct regular data integrity audits and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
