Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking an LMS Administrator to oversee the Workday Learning platform, drive governance, and deliver robust reporting and analytics. You will configure and optimize learning workflows, manage data integrity, and support integrations with HRIS and other systems.

The role partners with Learning & Development, IT, and business stakeholders to deploy effective learning solutions and maintain compliance. Strong Workday expertise and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Workday Learning administration and governance.
• Experience administering enterprise LMS and analytics.
• Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI and online content deployment.
• Ability to design reports and dashboards for compliance and effectiveness.
• Experience with Workday integrations and data management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Workday Learning system administrator and SME.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize LMS functionality and governance.
• Develop reports and analytics to monitor participation and compliance.
• Support integrations and data migrations with IT and vendors.
• Provide training and guidance to administrators and stakeholders.
