Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Learning Technology Associate Systems Analyst to support the Workday Learning LMS transition. The role partners with the Learning Technologies team to maintain, analyze, and administer Workday Learning for employees and physicians.

The candidate will configure roles, deliver regular reports, coordinate with department administrators, and assist with testing of eLearning modules, while ensuring data integrity and timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems, Education, Curriculum Development.
• 2-3 years of related experience in business administration, information technology, education, training & development, or healthcare.
• Over 3 years of enterprise system admin experience with Workday Learning.
• Helpdesk or end-user technical support preferred.
• A combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise level support for the LMS (Workday Learning) to employees and physicians.
• Provide end-user technical support and troubleshoot Workday Learning issues.
• Configure and assign roles and privileges within Workday Learning.
• Prepare, deliver and manage reports for stakeholders using templates or custom reports.
• Coordinate with administrators across Christiana Care to support managers, instructors and learners.
• Support documentation and processes related to Workday Learning.
