Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting seeks an HRIS Consultant to independently deliver HRIS module configurations, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, module configuration, data migration, client demos and UAT, training delivery, BRD creation, and post-go-live support within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Workday Integration Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with client SMEs and document functional specs.
• Configure modules and perform data migration as required.
• Lead end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for clients.
• Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs and training materials.
• Resolve post-go-live issues within agreed SLAs and propose minor enhancements.

Role Summary:

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
