Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Configuration:Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
• Client Engagement:Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
• Quality Assurance:Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members configuration for accuracy and completeness.
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing:Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
