Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting is seeking an HRIS Consultant to independently deliver HRIS module configurations, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will gather requirements, design, configure, test modules, support data migration, conduct demos and UAT, provide training and documentation, and assist post-go-live support while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
