Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting is seeking an HRIS Implementation Specialist to independently configure HRIS modules, engage clients, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will gather requirements, configure and test modules, perform data migrations, lead demos and UAT, deliver end-user training, and produce essential project documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus a Workday Core HCM certification, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years HRIS implementation / support / end-user experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design HRIS configurations with client SMEs.
• Configure modules and support data migration to meet client needs.
• Lead end-to-end demos and UAT with clients.
• Deliver training and create BRDs and training materials.
• Provide post-go-live support within SLAs and implement enhancements.

Role Summary

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
