Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting is seeking an HRIS Implementation Consultant to independently configure HRIS modules, engage clients, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure modules, support data migration, run demos and UAT, train end users, and provide post-go-live support while maintaining SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in HRIS implementation/support/end-user experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with client SMEs and document functional specs.
• Configure modules and perform data migration activities as required.
• Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review.
• Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documentation.
• Provide post-go-live support and implement minor enhancements per feedback and SLAs.

Role Summary:

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
