Formación

• 8+ years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing HRIS teams, programs, or enterprise HR technology functions.
• Deep expertise administering and optimizing Workday in a complex environment.
• Experience leading large-scale HR technology implementations and transformations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, data governance, reporting, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the HRIS strategy and technology roadmap.
• Oversee Workday administration, governance, releases, and functionality.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to optimize core HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and IT on service delivery and automation.
• Evaluate emerging HR technologies to improve efficiency and experience.
• Establish data governance standards and lead reporting and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and security requirements.
