Valley Health is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to strategically configure and optimize our HRIS landscape, focusing on Workday Payroll and Time Tracking. You will partner across HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to ensure systems align with organizational goals and drive improvements in governance, data quality, and reporting.

The role requires 5–8 years of HRIS experience, advanced Workday configuration skills, and a track record of leading complex HR technology initiatives in a large healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of HRIS, business systems, or HR technology experience.
• Hands-on configuration experience in Workday Payroll and Workday Time Tracking.
• Advanced Workday functional configuration experience including security, reporting, and org structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS strategy, configuration, and governance for Workday Payroll and Time Tracking.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, IT, and vendors to ensure HR systems support organizational objectives.
• Drive testing, releases, and change management activities enterprise-wide.
• Design and develop complex reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions.
• Mentor analysts and lead cross-functional HR systems initiatives.
