  • Design and maintain custom reports that serve as data sources for outbound integrations, including web service-enabled reports (RaaS) consumed by downstream systems and vendors.
  • Develop integration audit, reconciliation, and error reporting to monitor data flows between Workday and connected systems.
  • Partner with the HRIS team on reporting requirements for integrations built on EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and Orchestrate, and validate report-based integration outputs during testing cycles and biannual releases.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with data privacy, security, and audit requirements, aligning with organizational and regulatory standards.

  • Experience supporting integrations across Workday HCM and Financials.
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable, reliable integration solutions.
  • Proficiency with web services and APIs.
  • Advanced skills in Workday calculated fields and report creation.
  • Strong ability to prioritize work, manage time independently, and follow through on tasks.
