The Cincinnati Insurance Companies in Fairfield, OH, is seeking a HRIS Analyst to modernize our HR technology landscape and support the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday. You will configure workflows, validate data, and deliver scalable solutions with HR, Payroll, Benefits and IT teams.

• Data validation, testing, and migration activities.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable HR technology solutions.

Responsabilités

• Support the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday, including implementation, testing, data validation, and post-production stabilization.
• Participate in design sessions and configure scalable Workday configurations and best practices.
• Administer, maintain, and configure Workday business processes, security, reports, and system settings.
• Serve as a primary resource for troubleshooting complex HR technology issues and root-cause analysis.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and IT to gather requirements and translate into system solutions.
• Support data conversions, integrations, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing for new functionality and releases.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve associate/manager experience.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Provide ongoing production support and optimize HR technology processes post-implementation.
