The role involves partnering with HR, IT, and stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize HR systems, execute data integrations, and deliver analytics through reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, HR technology, workflow platforms, or related solutions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into technical solutions.
• Understanding of architecture, workflow automation, integrations, and data management principles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Analyze and improve processes through workflow design, automation, and optimization.
• Design, configure, test, implement, and support HR systems and cross-functional tech solutions.
