Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas in Fremont, CA is currently seeking a hands-on Senior HRIS Analyst to own the Workday HCM platform and support HR processes across home-grown systems. You will partner with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure data integrity and smooth operations.

You will drive Workday best practices, design scalable solutions, create advanced reports, and lead end-to-end HRIS initiatives including UAT, migrations, and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on Workday HCM configuration experience and 8+ years HRIS experience.
• Strong expertise in Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, integrations, and EIBs.
• Proven experience translating HR business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Workday business processes, security framework, reporting, and calculated fields.
• Experience supporting Payroll, Benefits, and ATS (iCIMS) integrations across multiple systems.
• Strong HR domain expertise with ability to influence Workday best practices.
• Experience across Workday and internally developed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration and optimization of Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, integrations, and EIBs.
• Design security roles and data governance to ensure system integrity and scalability.
• Develop advanced reports, calculated fields, and dashboards for actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot Payroll, Benefits, ATS (iCIMS), and internal system integrations.
• Coordinate with Corporate HRIS and global stakeholders on strategy and standards.
• Support and maintain internally developed HR systems and provide backup support.
• Drive AI and automation via AI features, RPA, and system-driven automation.
• Lead end-to-end HRIS initiatives including UAT testing, release management, and migrations.
• Document system architecture and processes for continuity.
