Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a seasoned HRIS/Workday professional in Bethesda, MD or Boca Raton, FL to manage Workday functionality, upgrades, and integrations. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, TA, Finance, and IT to optimize processes and governance.

You will develop Workday reports and Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and security. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior HRIS Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HRIS or HR technology with Workday focus.
• Hands-on Workday administration, configuration, security, and reporting.
• Experience with upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Workday and HR tech platforms.
• Manage Workday functionality, processes, configuration, and optimizations.
• Plan, test, and deploy Workday enhancements and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, TA, Finance, and IT to gather requirements.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and Power BI solutions.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance.
• Establish HR data governance and reporting standards.
• Lead HR technology projects and process improvements.
• Analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR tech capabilities and efficiency.
