Qualifications

• Progressive experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, or workforce analytics, including Workday administration.
• Experience leading HR technology projects, system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with HR data, reporting, and BI tools.
• Solid understanding of HR data governance, data quality, compliance, and reporting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS operations as primary Workday contact and ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
• Plan, test, and deploy enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and configuration changes with minimal disruption.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and align solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and Power BI solutions for leadership.
