Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a seasoned HRIS/Workday professional in Bethesda, MD or Boca Raton, FL to manage Workday functionality, upgrades, and integrations. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, TA, Finance, and IT to optimize processes and governance.

You will develop Workday reports and Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and security. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior HRIS Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HRIS or HR technology with Workday focus.
• Hands-on Workday administration, configuration, security, and reporting.
• Experience with upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Location: Bethesda, MD or Boca Raton, FL

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Workday and related HR technology platforms.
• Manage and optimize Workday functionality, business processes, configuration, and system enhancements.
• Plan, test, and deploy Workday enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and Power BI solutions.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance.
• Establish and maintain HR data governance practices and reporting standards.
• Lead HR technology projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR technology capabilities and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience.
• Strong, hands‑on technical Workday experience is required.
• Experience with Workday administration, configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and system optimization.
• Experience with Workday enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, and data quality.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Power BI and SQL experience preferred.
• Workday certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Analytics, IT, or a related field preferred.
