Job summary

Dexian seeks a Manager, HRIS & Analytics to lead HR technology and workforce analytics. You will own Workday administration, reporting, and data governance, partnering with HR, IT, and Finance to optimize HR systems and insights.

The role requires coordinating system enhancements, dashboards, and strategic analytics to drive workforce decisions. The position is onsite in Bethesda, MD or Boca Raton, FL with direct-hire, full-time employment and collaboration across functions to align technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business analytics, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HRIS/HR tech and analytics experience, with Workday expertise.
• Deep Workday administration knowledge: configuration, security, reporting, optimization.
• Experience leading complex HR tech projects, integrations, upgrades.
• Advanced analytics skills with HR data, BI tools, and data governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS operations by serving as the primary Workday contact, ensuring data accuracy.
• Plan, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and changes.
• Build partnerships with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT to align solutions.
• Develop Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and Power BI solutions.
• Champion HR data governance with data quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Manage complex HR technology projects and implementations to delivery.
• Lead workforce analytics to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Align HR technology with business priorities and promote self-service analytics.
