Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Manager, HRIS & Analytics in Bethesda, MD, to lead HR technology and workforce analytics, partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align systems with objectives and the employee experience. You will drive system enhancements and data governance while advancing reporting capabilities across the organization.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex HR tech projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/IS/analytics or related field.
• 7-10 years in HRIS/HR technology or analytics, with Workday experience.
• Advanced Workday configuration, reporting, and security knowledge.
• Experience leading HR technology projects and data governance initiatives.
• Strong analytical and BI skills for actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS operations as the primary contact for Workday and related platforms.
• Plan, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and configurations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT to gather requirements.
• Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and Power BI solutions for executives.
• Establish data governance standards for quality, reporting accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Manage HR technology projects and system implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Lead workforce analytics initiatives to identify trends and inform talent strategies.
• Evaluate emerging HR tech and promote self-service reporting adoption.
