Job summary

Roessel Joy is seeking a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst to join the HRIS team as the organization goes live with Workday in October. This individual will serve as the primary internal resource and go-to subject matter expert, supporting troubleshooting, adoption, training, and ongoing system optimization. The role will be part of a 5-person HRIS team, reporting to the Sr.

Director of HRIS. It is an individual contributor position with no direct reports and requires strong collaboration in an onsite

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Workday experience required.
• Workday implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting Workday and supporting end users.
• Understanding of Workday integrations and system functionality.
• Experience with training, adoption, and change management initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary internal resource and subject matter expert for Workday.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues and provide ongoing support to HR and business users.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of Workday functionality and processes.
• Assist with Workday module presentations and system adoption initiatives.
• Support integrations and identify opportunities for process and system enhancements.
• Develop and provide training and guidance to Workday users.
• Partner with the current Workday consultant during implementation and knowledge-transfer.
• Collaborate with HRIS leadership and team members on Workday projects.
• Help ensure successful adoption and utilization of Workday post-implementation.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst to join their HRIS team as the organization prepares to go live with Workday in October.

This individual will play a key role in supporting the transition from implementation to ongoing Workday operations. Following implementation, this person will serve as a primary internal resource and go-to subject matter expert for Workday, supporting troubleshooting, continuous improvement, integrations, adoption, training, and ongoing system optimization.

The position will be part of a 5-person HRIS team, reporting to the Sr. Director of HRIS. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.
