Job summary

PNC is seeking a Solution Architect for HR Information Systems, based in Columbus or Cleveland, OH; Houston or Dallas, TX; Downers Grove or Chicago, IL; and other U.S. locations. You will serve as the Workday SME and drive configuration and enhancements to support strategic priorities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop roadmaps, prioritize work, and stay current with Workday updates to ensure robust HRIS solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience configuring and supporting at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).
• At least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, design and implements the HRIS platform, including system administration and data collection improvements.
• Consults on evaluation, design and analysis of HRIS and oversees related activities and projects.
• Reviews data input, output and reports to ensure HRIS data accuracy.
• Monitors and recommends solutions for efficient data collection and reporting procedures.
• Provides end-user support and coordinates with HR functions to ensure effective HRIS usage.
