Job summary

PNC is seeking a Solution Architect for HR Information Systems, based in Columbus or Cleveland, OH; Houston or Dallas, TX; Downers Grove or Chicago, IL; and other U.S. locations. You will serve as the Workday SME and drive configuration and enhancements to support strategic priorities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop roadmaps, prioritize work, and stay current with Workday updates to ensure robust HRIS solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience configuring and supporting at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).
• At least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, design and implements the HRIS platform, including system administration and data collection improvements.
• Consults on evaluation, design and analysis of HRIS and oversees related activities and projects.
• Reviews data input, output and reports to ensure HRIS data accuracy.
• Monitors and recommends solutions for efficient data collection and reporting procedures.

Job Profile

As a Solution Architect within PNC's HR Information Systems organization, you will be based in Columbus or Cleveland, OH; Houston or Dallas TX; Downers Grove or Chicago IL; Pittsburgh, PA; Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; East Brunswick, NJ or Birmingham, AL.

The role serves as the subject matter expert for one of the Workday models and is responsible for ensuring proper configuration and execution within Workday to support the organization's strategic priorities and business objectives. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to enhance existing configuration and processes, as well as implement new functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for one of the Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop roadmaps and prioritize work efforts within area of support.
• Coordinate work efforts with stakeholders and assigned resources.
• Identify new functionality and enhancements that will help support the priorities and objectives of stakeholders and the organization overall.
• Remain current on Workday updates, including new features and changes to existing functionality.
