Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Workday Core HCM expert to design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize Workday solutions. You will work closely with HR, technology, and security teams to ensure data integrity, governance, and efficient production support.

Responsibilities include configuring business processes, security, and calculated fields, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and leading system enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Core HCM configuration experience.
• Expertise configuring Workday business processes, security, organizations, calculated fields, and rules.
• Experience supporting Workday releases, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Workday Pro Certification preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on Workday Core HCM technical expert.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize Workday functionality.
• Configure business processes, organizations, supervisory structures, and security components.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide production support.
• Maintain configuration standards, governance practices, and technical documentation.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement system enhancements.
• Support data integrity, security, risk, compliance, and audit activities.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex issues.
• Collaborate with HR, technology, security, reporting, and integration teams.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
