Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Workday/HCM implementation specialist to deliver end-to-end HRMS configurations for mid-market clients in the United States. You will lead discovery, design and validation of payroll, time tracking, benefits, and reporting workflows, while training client admins and ensuring project milestones are met.

Candidate should have 5–7 years in HRMS implementations, strong tax interpretation skills, and proven ability to manage complex client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years related experience required.
• 5–7 years in systems integration or HRMS implementation.
• Ability to interpret tax rules for software configuration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday implementation and support for HR modules.
• Coordinate with project management to meet deadlines.
• Consult with customer decision makers on configuration needs.
• Advise on implementation strategies and best practices.
• Document functional specifications and conduct discovery sessions.
• Configure, document, test and validate HR workflows across modules.
• Provide Workday user training at an admin level.
• Lead client status calls and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain high customer service and satisfaction.
