Point Quest Group is seeking an HRIS Lead - Workday to own administration, configuration, security, and optimization of the Workday platform. This hands-on individual contributor role partners with the HR Director, Workday Project Manager, and IT to ensure reliable system architecture, accurate reporting, and strong data governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday administrator across HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence, and Recruiting; partner with Payroll on payroll-related configuration and issues.
• Configure and maintain business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, notifications, and validations that support scalable workflows.
• Apply knowledge of Workday architecture and data relationships to evaluate how configuration, process, and security changes affect connected modules, payroll, reports, integrations, and the employee experience.
• Configure and troubleshoot complex Absence plans, eligibility rules, accruals, balances, and policy requirements in partnership with HR and Payroll.
• Support Workday Recruiting configuration and workflows, including connections to hiring, onboarding, and employee records.
• Maintain tenant configuration, configuration workbooks, system documentation, and change logs.
