Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a Workday HRIS professional to develop and govern the Workday roadmap in alignment with HR priorities. You will provide hands-on expertise across core Workday modules and collaborate with the integrations team to deliver scalable solutions.

You will lead projects from requirements to deployment, guide complex HR initiatives, and share best practices to strengthen our HRIS capability.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of the Workday roadmap and governance model based on HR and business priorities.
• Provide hands-on functional expertise across Workday Core HCM, Security, Reporting, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Performance, Talent, Recruiting, and Benefits.
• Define functional requirements and data mappings with integrations team, complete required Workday configuration, support testing and issue resolution.
• Translate requirements into standardized, compliant and scalable Workday solutions with business stakeholders and HR teams.
• Lead Workday projects from requirements through configuration, testing, deployment and post-production support.
• Provide guidance for complex HR and business initiatives in Workday.
• Share Workday knowledge and best practices across the team to strengthen HRIS capability.
• Coordinate Workday releases and support reporting, security, data governance, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with technical teams and external partners to deliver solutions, manage risks and resolve issues.
• Complete and validate mass data changes using Workday EIB, ensuring accuracy and control.
• Design, build and maintain Workday custom reports, dashboards and calculated fields.
• Create and maintain process documentation and training materials.
